Kintamani is one of favourite attraction for either domestic or foreign tourists. Commonly, almost all travel agents or tour operators put Kintamani in their itinerary after visiting Barong Dance in Batu Bulan, Ubud recreation site or Sukowati, a shopping center.

Kintamani offers a fresh atmosphere of hills range. The temperature in Kintamani is way cooler compared to other places in Bali, with its temperature of approximately 18 degrees celcius, surely gives a different ambience while having vacation in Bali. The best ambient is when enjoying afternoon servings while watching the beauty of the lake and Batur mountain that sprays out friendly smoke.

From Kintamani it’s very close to visit a few traditional villages such as Trunyan Village that is known for its unique way of burying bodies of local villagers, which is of cause different from common ways in Bali. Dead bodies are laid against a tree without burying it into the ground.
